Program pre-selection:

The programmed seam is selected on the control panel.

Manual working steps:

The right facing will be loaded on the left docking point, fixed with vacuum and clamped. The collar is loaded on the collar docking station and the laser, and also clamped. Now the transport unit transports it to the needle and the gorge seam is sewing. During the seam the left facing will be loaded on the right docking point. If the first seam is finished earlier as the loading for the facing, the transport unit hold the fabric until the loading clamp is closed. When the loading clamp is closed, the transport unit open. Now the transport unit takes over and the second seam is sewing. After seam end the sewing item is blown off automatically (water fall principle).

Work ergonomics:

The system can be operated as a workstation in standing position. The height of the table can be adjusted to the body height of the operator.
